The prices indicated on the website include VAT at the legal rate applicable in Portugal, but do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at the time of purchase completion. The final price will be shown before confirming the purchase.

To make a purchase, the customer must add the products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, PayPal and bank transfer. Payment will be charged at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within mainland Portugal and to some foreign countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method chosen, and are generally between 2 and 5 business days for mainland Portugal. In cases of force majeure or delays by the carriers, delivery times may be changed.

6. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 24/96), you have the right to return the product purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt, without needing to justify the decision, as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the consumer, except in cases of defect or error in shipping.

7. Consumer Rights

Under Portuguese law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to justify the reason. Cancellation can be done by means of written communication, such as email or registered letter, indicating your wish to terminate the contract. This right does not apply to personalized products or sealed products that, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, cannot be returned once opened.
